What if a performance is cancelled due to the pandemic?
If we cannot gather safely and a performance must be cancelled or postponed, you will be the first to know. We will communicate at that time about your options.

Does my child need a ticket?
Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket. Children under age 3 will not be admitted to any performance. Groups that rent the theatre may have different age restrictions.

Can I exchange my tickets?
You may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same show, no later than 24 hours prior to the performance time printed on your tickets. Subject to availability and not all performances can be exchange. Please note, there is a $5 Exchange Fee. (If less than 24 hours, the fee will be $10). Visit the Box Office or Call (562) 944-9801 to make your exchange.

Can I get a refund?
All ticket sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

What is your bag policy?
Purses and small bags allowed, however may be subject to search. Large bags or backpacks are not allowed in the venue.
