What if a performance is cancelled?
If a performance must be cancelled or postponed, you will be the first to know. We will communicate with ticket holders at that time about your options.
Does my child need a ticket?
Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket. Children under age 3 will not be admitted to any performance. Groups that rent the theatre may have different age restrictions.
Can I exchange my tickets?
You may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same show, no later than 24 hours prior to the performance time printed on your tickets. Subject to availability and not all performances can be exchanged. Please note, there is a $5 Exchange Fee. (If less than 24 hours, the fee will be $10). Visit the Box Office or Call (562) 944-9801 to make your exchange.
Can I get a refund?
All ticket sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

What is your bag policy?
Purses and small bags allowed, however may be subject to search. Large bags or backpacks are not allowed in the venue.
Does the Theatre sell food & beverages?
Yes, there is a concessionaire that sells snacks and beverages, including a full bar, inside the lobby.
The Theatre also has a newly renovated outdoor Courtyard Cafe which serves a variety of rotating food items including sandwiches, wraps, snacks, desserts and beverages.
The Courtyard Cafe opens 90 minutes before showtime for most shows. No outside food or drink is allowed.
