Join us for an evening with the incomparable LILY TOMLIN!

Lily Tomlin rose to national prominence in 1969 on the television series, “Laugh-In,” with her characterizations of Ernestine, the irascible telephone operator, and Edith Ann, the devilish six-year-old.  After “Laugh-In,” Tomlin went on to star in six comedy television specials. In 1977, Tomlin made her Broadway debut in Appearing Nitely, written and directed by Jane Wagner.  Tomlin next appeared on Broadway in 1985 in Wagner’s critically-acclaimed play, The Search for Signs of Intelligent Life in the Universe.

On film, Tomlin’s 1975 debut in Robert Altman’s Nashville was nominated for an Oscar. Over the next forty years, she has starred in over 25 movies, including Jane Wagner’s The Incredible Shrinking Woman, The Search for Signs of Intelligent Life in the Universe, 9 to 5, All of Me, Big Business, The Late Show, I Heart Huckabees, Tea With Mussolini, Flirting with Disaster, A Prairie Home Companion, and the critically-acclaimed Grandma.

On television, Tomlin has been seen in many series, including “The West Wing,” “Damages,” “Web Therapy,” and the hit Netflix series with Jane Fonda, “Grace and Frankie.”  In 2022, Fonda and Tomlin starred in two films 80 for Brady and in the Paul Weitz mystery film, Moving On.  Throughout her career, Tomlin has received nine Emmys, two Tony Awards, a Grammy, two Peabody Awards, the Mark Twain Prize, the Kennedy Center Honor and SAG Lifetime Achievement honor.
