Celebrate an inspiring season finale with one of the greatest masterpieces ever composed. Beethoven’s monumental Symphony No. 9 — featuring the unforgettable “Ode to Joy” — unites orchestra, chorus, and community in a stirring celebration of hope, unity, and the enduring power of music. The afternoon also showcases the exceptional talent of two winners of the Whittier Branch Music Teachers’ Association (MTAC) Concerto Competition, making this a joyful celebration of both musical excellence and the next generation of artists.
The La Mirada Symphony plans to feature a choir as part of this performance. While we are currently finalizing the details and have not yet confirmed all arrangements, it is our intention to include a choral ensemble. Additional information will be announced as plans are finalized.
